Is Support Free?

I do offer a free support forum for the themes on this site. Feel free to ask any questions you may have there. Since my time is limited I can not guarantee that the problem will be addressed by me personally, but someone else will always more than likely help you.

Do you do customization?

Yes I do however I can not offer this for free. Feel free to use the contact page to contact me with a project you may have or any question on this issue.

May I remove the footer credits?

On free themes downloaded from here you may not remove any of the footer credits. If you have purchased a premium theme you may remove them from the footer only but not from the CSS style sheet. If you have a Free theme you also have another option of purchasing a credit removal from this page: Credit Removal.

How do I report a problem with this site?

If you have found a bug or website error please use the forums to report the issue. If you are having a problem with payment of themes or ad space you may contact me using the contact page.

Do you offer a RSS feed?

Yes we do, it can be found here http://vasthtml.com/feed/ and will keep you up to date on out latest activity.

You haven’t replied back to my support email, why?

If you send a support question and you have not tried to ask the question in the forums your email will be ignored. I do understand however that sometimes posts get lost in the forums and you may not get a reply so i will reply to the question in the forums and email you back the link. The more people that use the forums the more helpful they will be.

OMZG Its not working… Why?

Are you using Wordpress? All themes and plugins on Vast HTML must be used with Wordpress. They will not work with any other CMS.

My site does not look well in IE6.

Vast HTML does not support IE6 in any way. If you need support for IE6 please contact us for a quote.

Do I have to pay for support?

No. the support forums is free to use but for dedicated support from a Vast HTML team member you will need to pay for a membership which is $25.99.

Can I email you a support question without membership?

Only Vast HTML paid members may use email for support. All other support questions must be asked in the forums.

Do you answer support on the weekends?

Its very unlikely you will get anyone to answer support either from or team or from the user base on the forums on the weekends. We do try to help all Vast HTML paid members asap even on weekends.
