Is Support Free?

We do offer a free support forum for the themes on this site. Feel free to ask any questions you may have there. Since my time is limited we can not guarantee that the problem will be addressed, but someone else will always more than likely help you.

Do you do customization?

Yes we do. However we can not offer this for free. Feel free to use the contact page to contact me with a project you may have or any question on this issue.

May I remove the footer credits?

On free themes downloaded from here you may not remove any of the footer credits. If you have purchased a premium theme you may remove them from the footer only but not from the CSS style sheet.

How do I report a problem with this site?

If you have found a bug or website error please use the forums to report the issue. If you are having a problem with payment of themes or ad space you may contact me using the contact page.

Do you offer a RSS feed?

Yes we do, it can be found here http://vasthtml.com/feed/ and will keep you up to date on out latest activity.

OMZG Its not working… Why?

Are you using WordPress? All themes and plugins on Vast HTML must be used with WordPress. They will not work with any other CMS.

My site does not look well in IE6.

Vast HTML does not support IE6. If you need support for IE6 please contact us for a quote.

Do I have to pay for support?

No. the support forums is free to use.

Can I email you a support question?

All support questions must be asked in the forums.
