This is a pretty simple theme to install since all the options are on the back end. You shouldn’t have to open the theme files for anything.

1:

Like any other WordPress theme just upload to the “themes” folder and activate it. Then go to the “XLR8R” menu you should now see in your WordPress admin.

After you click on the menu you will see the sub menus appear.

Go through each one and set the setting just like you want them.

Setting up the contact form if you want to use it is pretty simple. Just open the “mail.php” form and edit the 2 lines shown in the image below.

You should be already familiar with this process but ill go over a little information with you. First thing you’ll want to do is go to the “New Post” page.

2:

Insert your post title. There is no need to enter any text since it wont be shown on the index page.

3:

you see the 2 new fields that have been added to the posting page. This is what will allow you to enter your images. You MUST enter a full size image to be able to post. However using a thumbnail is your option. If you enter a thumbnail then thats what you will click on the see the full size image. If you do not enter a thumbnail url then the full size image will be cropped to fit.

4:

When your done do whatever else you need to do to post then press “Publish”
