Topic and post don´t show instantly

As the topic says!

I have the Version 1.6.5 WP forum server

When I start a topic or post it don´t show instantly!

I have to close the browser and clear the Cache before I can see it.

What can I do to fix this?

As soon as I upgraded to version 3.0.4–sv_SE of WordPress it start working properly!
