CloudScape theme author & upgrade to legitmate v2.1?

Hi Eric,

a short while ago I purchased Cloudscape theme v1.0 from since83.com. At that site there was (is?) a delcaration that the version on VastHTML is not the true version. Yet your name appears relating to both sites and now versions. Basically v1.0 sucks!

v1.0 has very immature code, lacks a lot of functionality and UI sense. I would like to at least have a working version for my money hopefully as an upgrade to the legitimate proper version – now 2.x1, in the expectation of gaining the legitimate version and a functioning theme. I am not a newbie, have lots of WP experience and understand WP exceptionally well yet have huge difficulty in getting v1.0 operating or adapted to my use.

Please advise how the Cloudscape theme versions & process are related and if you will upgrade my version in good faith, as I applied to the purchase.
